When all is said and done, probably my favorite wedding photos of the year. Heather and Nolan are so in love they barely noticed I was taking photos. Shutters on the Beach is an insanely fun venue to shoot at. Beach traffic and all, it just has so many different vibes. Thank you fabulous Maryam of Delicate Details for your always superior coordination. And yes, that is Susanna Hoffs from The Bangles (cousin of the bride) doing a little “Walk Like and Egyptian” during the reception! (And Manic Monday too!) They also had the band go to each table and take requests. Awesome idea! Heather goes swimming in the ocean every day that she is back in Los Angeles (a New Yorker now) and her wedding day was no exception – I love that her legs were all sunburnt and her hair was all sandy and messy from the ocean. Kind of like me on my wedding day!
