I had the pleasure of photographing Anita and Pete when I went to NY for my annual summer trip! These two doctorates are getting married at the fabulous Smog Shoppe in Los Angeles but are both doing incredible cancer research in the big apple. Though I was born and raised in NYC….when I visit I can often be stuck on the upper east side so I have no idea when is going on downtown. Anita had the idea of doing some photos at the High Line, a park in downtown NY that is made from an old obove ground subway line. Amazing choice. It was so much fun shooting there and so many great spots! And Anita and Pete did great considering how hot and humid it was. I can’t wait for their wedding in October!
