Body, mind and soul nourishing this week getting to work with @beingbrigid. Meeting her has been life transforming and I can honestly and proudly say I am a MUCH healthier person since I started following her program and preparing food with healthier ingredients. For decades I used to have debilitating allergies and had to take medication all the time. I don’t take allergy meds anymore, my energy is better, I sleep better, on and on…..

@beingbrigid is one of the pioneers of the food is medicine movement and her work has helped so many people overcome all sorts of serious health issues. She is such an inspiring person and if you are at all interested in transforming your health, you should become part of her community. Her programs and recipes are delicious and all sorts of goodies. For those of you who don’t have kids or kids yet, understand that good children’s music is life saving for parents. And if you really think about it, it our most formative musical influence! When my kids were little @yogabbagabba and @justinrobertsmusic were life saving. Excellent well crafted pop music for kids as is Suzanne’s!

I’ve waited 7 months to post...

One of the best photoshoots of my career. My 15 year old son Otis started a custom denim company @80k.denim and here is his first photoshoot! (This is not Otis in the photos by the way but his model friend Carlin who did an amazing job!) Very proud mamma and so honored that he would have me be the photographer (though I did give him a good price 😉😜) And fun that strangers were commenting about how cool the jeans were when we were doing this around Venice! Just so fun to collaborate on this together! He gave me excellent direction!
