This shoot was a dream come true! Always wanted to do an e shoot in Joshua Tree. And could I have asked for a more gorgeous couple! They did an amazing job at props and furniture and dogs! I’m in love with this shoot!

There I am!! I still don’t think what she did is terrible. It’s a great photo she cleaned up a bit which I would do for any client! I guess the issue is what is portraiture and what is photojournalism. I would call this candid personal portraiture but obviously, many in the press think it is photojournalism in which case you can't change anything....Definitely a nuanced issue!

This is my beautiful daughter, Tess. Every once in a while she will begrudgingly model for me….I wanted to do a yellow on yellow on yellow thing. It was rainy and wet but she still did it. Just getting a minute to finally post some of the awesome photoshoots I got to do in the fall of last year.
