Since it’s graduation season, here is a post! So I ended up doing these grad fashion photos for Loyola Law School. It was for a marketing campaign to get everyone on board with the new red robes. This supposedly was a MAJOR controversy. In the past they have worn black robes but they aren’t as distinguished when you are receiving a law degree so the school changed them to red this year. Petitions, complaining….the whole thing. I won’t pick sides other than to say that the red photographs better and I had a fabulous time on these shoots! It’s super punchy and fun to process! Black robes are dull….Congratulations to all the graduates! From one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever photographed (not because of money but because of vibe) to the most beautiful family of 5! When I do newborn photo sessions and there are siblings involved the session becomes much more of a lifestyle family session. If you think about it, the birth of sibling is one of if not the biggest event in a child’s life. In Ever’s case, she is so blessed to have the coolest parents and the most loving adorable sisters! I just loved capturing their interaction with their new sister and also give them lots of photo love! Slowly recovering from covering Coachella and Stagecoach with so many shoots in between so sorry for the late post! Covering food and beverage at Stagecoach and Coachella was incredible because it incorporated lifestyle, portraits and food against this incredible landscape of art and music!
