I had the honor of photographing Danny and Jules’s wedding back in 2011 and a few of their friends since! Such a blast being able to hang with them and meet gorgeous baby Opal! Danny is a music supervisor so the baby in the LP’s was too obvious!

There I am!! I still don’t think what she did is terrible. It’s a great photo she cleaned up a bit which I would do for any client! I guess the issue is what is portraiture and what is photojournalism. I would call this candid personal portraiture but obviously, many in the press think it is photojournalism in which case you can't change anything....Definitely a nuanced issue!

This is my beautiful daughter, Tess. Every once in a while she will begrudgingly model for me….I wanted to do a yellow on yellow on yellow thing. It was rainy and wet but she still did it.
